# Rewrite quote emails

> Use Kwantflow AI to rewrite a quote email draft using the current quote and message context, then review it before sending.

Rewrite quote emails when you want a stronger customer-facing message around the current quote.

This helps with wording, structure, and tone. It does not remove your responsibility to check the commercial facts.

## When to use it

Use this when:

* the draft email sounds too raw or repetitive
* you want a clearer customer summary
* you need a more polished handover with the same quote facts

## Before you start

Check that:

* the correct RFQ and quote option are open
* the totals and commercial details are already right
* the current draft contains the main message you want to send

## Rewrite the draft

1. Open the quote email area.
2. Review the existing subject and body.
3. Choose **Rewrite with AI**.
4. Review the rewritten subject and body.
5. Adjust anything that still needs your voice or commercial judgment.
6. Send only after final review.

## What stays important

The AI can improve the message, but you still need to confirm:

* totals
* currency
* what is included
* what is excluded
* timing, delivery, and validity statements

## Example uses

* make a short draft sound more professional
* tighten a long draft into a clearer summary
* restate the offer after a revision without rewriting from scratch

## Important review rule

Never send a rewritten quote email without reading it first.
