Natural Language Input

The fastest way to add records is by typing a natural language description:

Materials

Concrete 40MPa at $250/m3
Structural Steel at $2,500/t
PVC Pipe 100mm at $15/m
Bricks at ฿5/ea

Labour

Welder at $88/hr
Carpenter at $75/hr
Site Supervisor at $110/hr

Equipment

Tower Crane at $450/hr
Excavator at $180/hr
Concrete Pump at $250/hr

Subcontract

Fire Protection at $55/point
Site Security at $45/hr
Scaffolding at $18/m2

Kwantflow automatically routes each rate to the correct record type based on context.

Supported Currencies

Kwantflow recognises these currency prefixes when parsing rates:

SymbolCurrency
$Australian Dollar (default)
USDUS Dollar
฿Thai Baht
THBThai Baht

The record schema uses your workspace currency — the currency symbol is parsed but the numeric rate is extracted regardless.

Batch Operations

Add multiple records in a single request:

Concrete 40MPa at $250/m3, Welder at $88/hr, Tower Crane at $450/hr

Separate rates with commas, semicolons, or new lines. Kwantflow decomposes the request and processes each record independently.

Reviewing Proposals

Before a record is saved, Kwantflow shows a proposal:

  1. The proposed name, rate, and unit
  2. The detected record type
  3. Buttons to accept, edit, or reject

Review each proposal and confirm before the record is added to your workspace.
