Workspace Setup

Organise your estimating data

Workspaces keep your estimating data organised. Each workspace has its own set of records, drafts, and classifications.

Creating a Workspace

  1. On the welcome screen, click New Workspace
  2. Enter a name (e.g. “ABC Constructions — Brisbane Office”)
  3. Select an ownership scope:
    • Workspace — data syncs across all devices signed into your Kwantflow account
    • Local — data stays on this machine only
  4. Click Create

You can change a workspace’s scope later from the workspace settings.

Kwantflow’s main window has three areas:

  • Sidebar — switch between Records, Drafts, Classifications, and Settings
  • Main content — where you review proposals, drafts, and records
  • Input bar — type natural language requests to add records or generate drafts

Workspace Settings

From the workspace settings you can:

  • Rename the workspace
  • Change the ownership scope
  • View storage usage
  • Export workspace data

Managing Multiple Workspaces

If you work across different companies or projects:

  • Create separate workspaces for each
  • Switch between workspaces from the workspace selector in the sidebar
  • Records and drafts are isolated per workspace
