Connect Google Mail when you want Kwantflow to help with RFQ emails from Gmail.

  • Create RFQ records from useful emails.
  • Send quote PDFs from your Gmail address when available.
  • Let Kwantflow AI help detect RFQ-related emails during your trial or on Pro.

Connect Google Mail

  1. Open Kwantflow.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Find Google Mail.
  4. Choose Connect with Google.
  5. Review the permission screen.
  6. Approve only if you want Kwantflow to work with your Gmail messages and attachments.
  7. Return to Kwantflow after the browser sign-in completes.

Disconnect Google Mail

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find the connected Google Mail account.
  3. Choose the menu option to disconnect.
  4. Confirm the disconnect.

Disconnecting stops the Gmail connection. You can connect again later.
