Install and update issues

Use this page when Kwantflow will not install, will not open, or does not look right after an update.

Check the download

• Download from kwantflow.com/download.
• Make sure the file finished downloading.
• Delete partial downloads and download again if needed.

Check first launch

If your operating system asks for confirmation, check that the app is Kwantflow and came from the Kwantflow website.

After updating

If something looks wrong:

1. Quit Kwantflow.
2. Reopen it.
3. Check whether your workspace appears.
4. Check whether RFQs and setup records are visible.

Do not delete workspace files unless support specifically asks you to.

• your operating system
• what you tried
• any error message
• whether this happened during install, first launch, or update
