Account linking issues

Fix common account, browser sign-in, and billing link problems.

Most account linking issues are caused by internet access, browser sign-in not finishing, or signing in with a different account.

Browser did not return to Kwantflow

  1. Keep Kwantflow open.
  2. Return to the browser sign-in page.
  3. Look for an Open Kwantflow button.
  4. If the browser asks for permission to open Kwantflow, allow it.

Start again from the desktop app:

  1. Open Kwantflow.
  2. Choose Connect account again.
  3. Sign in in the browser.
  4. Approve the link.

Wrong account

If Kwantflow says the device is already linked to a different account, sign in with that account or contact support.

Billing changed but the desktop app did not update

  1. Open your account dashboard.
  2. Choose Refresh plan.
  3. Return to the desktop app.
  4. If needed, unlink and link the account again.
