RFQ Detector with AI
RFQ Detector with AI helps identify connected email messages that look like requests for quote.
It is designed to speed up review, not replace it.
Before you use it
You need:
- Gmail or Outlook connected in the active workspace
- Kwantflow AI available through the 14-day trial or Pro
- internet access for mailbox sync
- Mail RFQ Detection enabled for that workspace
How it helps
Kwantflow reviews fetched messages and newly synchronized messages while the app is open, then marks likely RFQs so you can focus on the messages that matter.
Successful results are remembered, so the same message does not need to be reviewed again every time it appears.
If a message could not be classified, it stays retryable instead of being silently treated as not relevant.
When you open a detected email, review the sender, subject, body, attachments, due date, and any customer instructions before creating an RFQ record.
Limits and privacy
Detection helps with message review only.
Remote images stay blocked until you choose to load them.
Review before creating records
Always check detected emails yourself. Some RFQs may be missed, and some ordinary emails may look like RFQs.
