Group files into assets
Turn related files into estimate-ready work packages.
An Asset is a bundle of related files and estimating work inside an RFQ.
Use Assets when a job has separate areas, systems, packages, buildings, stages, or work types.
Group files
- Select files that belong together.
- Choose Group into Asset.
- Name the Asset clearly.
- Confirm the group.
Good Asset names
Use names that will still make sense when preparing the quote, such as:
- Block A structure
- Fire protection
- Level 3 fitout
- External works
- Mechanical package
Expected result
The Asset appears inside the RFQ and can hold its own estimate.
