Link your desktop app

Linking your desktop app connects this computer to your Kwantflow account so your plan can unlock the right features.

Linking does not upload your local RFQs, estimates, rates, or drawings to your account dashboard.

Link from the desktop app

1. Open Kwantflow.
2. Open the account or setup area.
3. Choose Connect account.
4. Your browser opens the Kwantflow sign-in page.
5. Sign in or create an account.
6. Approve the account link.
7. Return to Kwantflow when the browser sends you back to the app.

What linking unlocks

• Pro plan access on this computer.
• Continued Kwantflow AI access after the trial.
• The correct device and workspace allowances for this installation.
• Billing and plan management from your account dashboard.

Before you authorise the link, Kwantflow can show the account, workspace, and device context for that request.

When a device slot is full

If your account has no free device slots, free one from the dashboard or increase capacity before linking another installation.

Use Seats, devices, and limits for the full allowance model.

If the account page already knows there is no free device capacity, the authorisation step should block approval instead of linking first and failing later.

If you use the wrong account

If this computer is already linked to another Kwantflow account, sign in with the linked account or contact support before trying to switch.
