Kwantflow uses a dashboard, sidebar, pages, and tabs so you can keep estimating work open while checking related information.

Dashboard

The dashboard is where you manage active RFQs and jobs. Start here when you want to open an existing RFQ or create a new one.

The sidebar is the main navigation area.

Common areas include:

  • Projects for RFQs and active jobs.
  • Explorer for files and project structure.
  • Pages for setup records such as materials, rates, templates, and classifications.
  • Mail for project communication where available.

Tabs

Tabs let you keep multiple pieces of work open.

For example, you can keep a quote open while checking the material catalogue.

Settings

Use Settings for workspace details, business profile, setup defaults, Kwantflow AI, Google Mail, and account-related options.
