Create your first RFQ
Start a new job from the dashboard.
An RFQ is the top-level job in Kwantflow. Use it to collect tender information, attach initial files, organise assets, build estimates, and prepare quote output.
You can start an RFQ manually from the dashboard or prepare one from a connected email when the request arrives through Gmail or Outlook.
Before you start
Have the basic job details ready:
- job or project name
- requester or client
- due date
- project notes or scope summary
- initial tender files when they are already available
Create an RFQ
- Open the RFQ dashboard.
- Choose the action to create a new RFQ.
- Enter the job details.
- Attach the initial files you want stored with the RFQ.
- Save the RFQ.

Good RFQ records usually include:
- job or package name
