Use the account dashboard
The account dashboard manages hosted account access. Your estimating work remains in the desktop workspace.
Open the dashboard
Sign in at the Kwantflow website with the account linked to your desktop app.
Use the same sign-in method and email address you used when linking the installation.
Review your plan
The Plan area shows the current account status and available allowances.
Use it to confirm:
- whether the account is Free, trial, paid, or needs billing attention;
- the current device allowance;
- the current workspace allowance;
- other plan-controlled product limits.
The dashboard is the source of truth for the exact current allowance shown to your account.
Manage billing
The Billing area lets eligible account owners start a subscription or open the secure billing portal.
Use the billing portal to manage the payment and subscription details supported by your current plan.
Review the active device
The Active device area identifies the linked desktop installation.
Unlink a device when:
- the computer is no longer used;
- the app was linked to the wrong account;
- you need to free capacity for another installation;
- you are replacing the computer.
Unlinking removes that installation’s hosted account access. It does not automatically delete the local workspace files stored on that computer.
Link the desktop app again
After freeing capacity:
- Open the desktop app.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Connect account.
- Sign in to the intended account.
- Review the account, workspace, device, and capacity shown before authorising.
The same installation reconnecting to the same account should be recognised rather than counted as a different computer.
Delete the hosted account
Account deletion is permanent. It can cancel the subscription and remove hosted account benefits.
Deleting the hosted account does not automatically delete local RFQs, files, and estimates from the desktop installation. Decide separately whether local workspaces should be kept, backed up, or deleted.
If something does not match
- Refresh the plan state from the dashboard or desktop app.
- Confirm you signed in to the intended account.
- Check whether the active desktop installation is already linked elsewhere.
- Review billing status if paid access is not recognised.
- Do not create a second account merely to work around a linking problem.
